Order Processing
House of Rain products are crafted on demand by our network of premium print-on-demand partners. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may extend slightly — we appreciate your patience as each piece is made with care.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Windows
Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated transit times are as follows:
Domestic (Canada & United States)
- Standard: 5–10 business days
- Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location and product
International (UK, EU, Australia, Japan, UAE & more)
- Standard: 10–21 business days
- Delivery times vary by destination country and customs processing
Please note that total delivery time = processing time + transit time. For example, an international order may take up to 4 weeks from the date of purchase.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment at any time via our Track Your Order page.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we work with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, or high-demand periods. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please:
- Check your tracking link for the latest status update.
- Contact us at [your support email] if your package appears stuck or has not moved in 5+ business days.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
House of Rain is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please review your details carefully before placing your order.
